Coupon Code not Deducted from Total Price

Hello,

I have a customer that put in a coupon code, it appeared to reduce her price by the coupon but then charged her the full amount. Can you tell me what I have wrong?

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It’s really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Product List element and select the Coins icon to its right.
2. Then, in the User Defined Amount Properties menu, under the General tab, select Calculation from the Get Price From dropdown.
