CurryMediaHi. I have two related issues on the same form. I duplicated someone else's theme that had Stripe in the payment field. I can't figure out how to remove it to add a personal PayPal account.
Also, since this is for family and not a business, I know some people will want to pay me by check. I want them to still be able to total up their payment on the form, hit submit so that I have their info. At the same time, for those who can pay through PayPal, I don't want them to accidentally just submit the form without payment and I'm following up with them later.
So maybe what I need is an option that is Pay Now and it takes them to PayPal and then an option that is mail a check. But still I want to have everyone's request recorded in the same Jotform form, or at least recorded somewhere in Jotform without making it a complicated user experience since some are older folks who are not very tech savvy.
Here is my site: https://form.jotform.com/CurryMedia/family-reunion-registration-form
Or maybe I should have used a different template than what I did. Because we are trying to figure how many people in the family are coming, how many t-shirts and different sizes they want and then collect payment.
Ideally, what I would prefer is as people put in the names of attendees, it automatically adds up their total, rather than for them to fill it out in two parts -- t-shirts first and then attendees.thank you

Podo: Support SpecialistHi CurryMedia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with your form setup:
Removing Stripe and Adding PayPal:
In the Form Builder, you can remove the Stripe payment field by selecting it and deleting it. Then, add a PayPal payment field by going to the Payments tab in the Add Form Element panel and selecting PayPal. Connect your personal PayPal account to this field.Allowing Payment by Check and PayPal in the Same Form:
You can use a Single Choice element (radio buttons) to create a payment options field with choices like "PayPal" and "Check". Set this field as required. Then add a PayPal payment field for the PayPal option and a Paragraph element with instructions for the check payment option. Use Show/Hide Field conditions to display the PayPal payment field when "PayPal" is selected and the check instructions when "Check" is selected. This way, users who choose to pay by check can submit the form without online payment, and those who choose PayPal will be redirected to complete their payment. All submissions will be recorded in the same form.
Automatically Calculating Totals Based on Attendees and T-Shirts:
You can use the Form Calculation widget to dynamically calculate the total amount based on the number of attendees and t-shirts selected. Assign prices to the options in your form fields, then use the calculation widget to sum them up. Pass this total to your payment field so the amount to be paid is automatically updated. This setup will simplify the user experience by having the total update as they enter attendee names and select t-shirt sizes, avoiding the need to fill out separate parts for each.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
