I just heard back from the relevant team. Your Bronze Monthly plan was renewed on March 12 for $19.50. On the same day, the plan was changed to Bronze Yearly, which generated a prorated charge of $186.32. Later that same day, the plan was switched back to Bronze Monthly.
Because of these changes, your latest invoice now shows a closing balance of $184.50, which will be applied toward future Bronze Monthly renewals.

I checked your account and can see that the subscription is scheduled to be canceled on April 12. Currently, billing dates can’t be changed directly. We can cancel it immediately if you prefer, so you can upgrade again on your preferred date next month and have your billing cycle aligned moving forward.
