Automated Email: Sending notification on selected return date

Hi there,

I have a form where staff can sign out a banner, with a pick up date and a return date. I want jotform to send them an automated email that will go out to them on the return date. I tried using the workflow feature, if/then conditional. But it's not working as I thought it would. The email just goes out the day the form is submitted. I see the condition I set isn't right but don't know how to set it up.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sending an Autoresponder Email at a later date is quick and easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Next, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle on Send Email Later, and then select Get Value From and choose your Date field.

5. Then click on Save Email button at the bottom of the page. Reach out again if you have any other questions.
