I don't see all my forms or users that I would expect under the payables account. Is there a master account or a different sign in or log in that I should be using. I don't appear to be on the enterprise site as it gives me an option to enroll ? Anyway, I need to see the master login for our account.

Ronald JotForm SupportHi Lisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check the form under your account by using the filter on My Workspace page to locate your form easily. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on the Type filter.
- Choose Forms in the dropdown menu. That's it.
If you are still unable to see your form, you can click the Archive and Trash folder to see if the form is there. You can easily unarchive a form. Let me walk you through it:
- While on your My Forms page, click on Archive on the bottom-left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the form you want to unarchive and click on More on the right side of the page.
- In the Dropdown menu, click on Unarchive to move the form back to your My Forms page.
Restoring the deleted assets from your Workspace is quick and easy. Let me show you how:- On your Workspace page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on Trash.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
- Then, in the menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Select All to show all the deleted assets, and click anywhere on the page to close it.
- Next, put checks in the boxes next to the assets you want to restore, and click on Restore in the top-left corner of the page.
For a full breakdown of how to do it, head over to our guide on How to Restore a Deleted Form. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look for yo?Reach out again if you need any other help.
