I used a link that said "Folsom Lakers Merch Order Form" at the bottom is said powered by Jotform.

The only correspondence I received was from Jotform indicating payment was received and it gave me a confirmation no.

I have not been given any other confirmations by text or email. Since you received the funds I ask that you simply return the money and I will figure out who the merchant is later.
