Hi - my account was suspended and I am not exactly sure why. I believe I unknowingly violated a term. Can you list what the violations were and allow for temp access so that I can modify the form accordingly?

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. After checking the associated account with your email, the account came up as active, and not suspended. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, we’ll look into it more to see if we can figure out what’s going on.
