    Hello,

Can you please provide instructions on how I can send reminder emails through Jotform only to those you have not filled out the form yet.

I would like to preset these emails to go out weekly but only to those who have not filled out the form.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi SMOPEH,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me show you how to send reminder emails only to those who have not filled out your form yet and set them to go out weekly:

    1. In Form Builder, go to the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, then select the Schedule A Reminder Email option.
    3. Edit the content of your reminder email as needed.

Next, set the schedule for the reminder emails:

    1. While in the Reminder Emails settings, click on the Schedule tab.
    2. Adjust the Repeats option to weekly to send the emails every week.
    3. Set the Send Date and Time to specify when the reminders should be sent.
    4. Optionally, set the Start Date and End Date for the reminder emails.
    5. Click Save to apply the settings.

This setup ensures reminder emails are sent only to those who have not submitted the form yet, on a weekly basis.

    Hi Brittany,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Just to make sure that I understand what you're asking, you want to send a reminder email to users who are still in progress of filling out a form right? If yes, you can follow the steps outlined above.

If you are attempting to send emails to an external list of people, Jotform does not support this feature.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Brittany,

At the moment, it's not possible to send emails only to users who didn't submit the form. You can create a general reminder that will be sent out periodically to the emails you enter.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

I am having the same issue is once they have saved I have no one way of knowing the email address of who they are easily withing digging into the incomplete submission which is not entirely helpful and we don't have time to copy and paste these all when they go live and with a cap of 2 months before they are deleted we need to remind people to at least go in and resave if they have not completed yet? Then once someone has completed we need to be able to take these out easily so they stop getting them .

We love the saved feature and why we moved to jotform but being able to see who has saved and communicate with them to get things finished is really important and missing feature
