Account Email Access Issue: Unable to Receive Jotform Report Links

    Hi there! I'm trying to access a report made from a Jotform, but the link is always sent to "jotform@orangeshow.org" and we no longer have access to this account. Is there any other way to access downloads?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can’t update your email address because the current one is unavailable and you can’t access the verification email, can you submit the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it?
