The submissions data for New Paperwork - Investing is blank. The submission dates are there, but there is no data.

    Hi Terri,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding the issue where the submissions data for your form "New Paperwork - Investing" shows submission dates but no other data, this might be caused by accidentally hiding all the columns in your Jotform Tables view. When columns are hidden, the data appears blank even though the submissions exist.

Let me show you how to check and fix this:

    1. Open your Jotform Tables for the form in question.
    2. Click on the Columns button at the top-right corner of the table.
    3. Ensure that all relevant columns such as Name, SSN, Date of Birth, and other fields are checked to be visible.

If the columns were hidden, making them visible again should restore the data display.

Additionally, check if any submissions were accidentally deleted and moved to the Trash. You can restore deleted submissions by:

    1. Opening the tab menu at the top of Jotform Tables.
    2. Selecting Trashed entries.
    3. Choosing the entries you want to restore and clicking Restore.

This will bring back the deleted entries to your table.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Neither of these were the issue.

    Hi Terri,

I checked and saw that the Jotform Tables belong to a different Jotform account. I suggest reaching out to the form owner, and asking him to revoke and re-add you as a collaborator. Let me show you how it's done:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

    3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

    1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

    2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.
