Podo: Support SpecialistHi Becky,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me show you how to add a gratuity to your form:
- In Form Builder, add a Product List field or use an existing one where you want to include the gratuity.
- Click on the Product List field and then click on the Wand icon (or the Shopping Cart icon if no payment gateway is connected) to open the settings.
- In the settings menu, add a new product and name it something like Gratuity or Tip.
- Set the product type to Options or Quantity depending on how you want to collect the gratuity (fixed amount or user-defined).
- Enter the amount or allow the user to enter the amount they want to tip.
This way, your form will include a gratuity option for customers to add to their total payment.
If you want to learn more about collecting payments with Jotform, you can also check out our guide on How to Add Product Categories to Payment Fields.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
