Signature Field: Unable to Sign via Mobile Devices

    Hi Team,


    Our clients are unable to sign using the link via mobile devices.

    The 'signautre' section doesnt allow for signing or endorsing. please refer to the screen shot.


    Any assistance with this?

    Hi Alan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form on my mobile device to see if I can replicate the issue, but I was able to draw a signature as expected. Check out the screenshot below for my result:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form's cache, which should help. Can you try clearing your mobile browser's cache or use a different browser and try it again?
