Podo: Support SpecialistI’m here to help with that. If the attached PDF documents are not arriving in your recipients’ emails, please try removing the PDF attachment from the email settings and adding it again by following these steps:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder and click on Edit.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- In the Attach File section, click on Remove File, then re-upload the PDF document you want to attach.
- Click on Save Email at the bottom once you're done.
If your attachments are larger than 5 MB, you may need to use your own email provider as the sender by setting up a custom SMTP: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form/
