UI issue on mobile version of party booking form

I am experiencing a UI issue on the mobile version of our party booking form. Users have complained that the form is inoperable on mobile. When I tested it myself, I found that the form only works after swiping into it from the landing screen. There is a button-like element at the bottom that does nothing when tapped, making the design unintuitive and causing users to abandon the form. We need a fix to improve usability and prevent losing users due to this problem.

    More details:
On my form https://form.jotform.com/240468393406157, the element at the bottom on mobile looks like a button, but it doesn’t behave like one; instead, users have to swipe to reach the actual form fields, which is confusing and makes it seem like the form is broken.

    Hi Sugar_Hi

Thanks for using Jotform. I've cloned your form to replicate the issue, but everything was working correctly. You can see my results in the recording below:

If the issue is still replicable, can you send us the screen recording of what's happening? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox. This will allow us to get a clearer idea of what's happening.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

The issue is still persisting for us. On Safari the Next -> button on the LP does not click/tap on mobile.

To replicate, please refer to device I used for the latest test.

    IOS Version 26.3.1
    Model iPhone 13

The issue is that our users are trying to click the next button and it does nothing but change color as if activated. The only way to move forward is to swipe.

In the end, the process only moves forwards once I swipe.

    Hi Sugar_Hi

I can see the link now, but it is set to private, so we cannot access the recording. Could you change the access to public so our developers can view the issue?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Sugar_Hi,

That clears some things up. Can you try to clear your browser's cache, try again, and see how it goes? I noticed that you’ve been repeatedly clicking the Next button before the site’s loading bar has fully completed in your browser. This can interrupt the process and cause issues. You need to wait until the page has fully loaded before proceeding.

If the same thing happens, try accessing your form using a different browser, device, or network connection to rule out compatibility or connectivity issues.

Try that and reach out again if you need more help.

The tapping worked fine on chrome.
On safari, after clearing my cache and attempting again, the problem persisted.

This was after the site fully loaded.

Hi. I tried again. You need to swipe the “NEXT” arrow, not press it…it’s not intuitive to the average user. wE HAD SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE TEST IT…SAME ISSUE!!!
Please let us know if you can resolve this!

    Hi Sugar_Hi,

I've tested your form using an iPhone 13 on the Safari browser and easily replicated the issue. After investigating it a bit, I found that clearing the cache of the form resolved the issue. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you get the same thing again, we’ll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.

Unfortunately I am still experiencing the issue here. Regardless of clearing the cache locally or using incognito browsing, the button still has no effect.
