Updating Your Account Info

I need to take my name off the account and add: Mildred Sheffield (sheffieldmil@gcpsmail.com).  Ms. Sheffield will be managing the account now.

To change the email of the account, you can follow the following steps:

Log into your Jotform account > Go to account settings > click "edit" next to your current email > input the new email address.

This change will need to be verified by the old email address, as well as the new one.
