ops_dirI'm tired of getting logged out of the app I built constantly. "It's for security" is not a good answer. The app I built does not need to be secure, it's just a knowledge base. It doesn't need security features. Please fix this. It's extremely annoying.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Will,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me show you how to manage your session to avoid frequent logouts:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page.
- In the window that opens, you can check your account settings related to security and session management.
- Unfortunately, automatic logout for security reasons is a default feature and cannot be disabled, but you can try to keep your session active by avoiding long periods of inactivity.
If you want, I can guide you on disabling two-factor authentication or other security features if they are causing inconvenience, but completely disabling automatic logout is not available.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Keenly JotForm SupportHi Will,
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

brobinson359so am I correct to understand that I can’t bring someone else in and we both work on the same workspace

SkylarHi there!
Yes, that is correct that only one person can work on a single workplace. If you would like to add more people on, you can upgrade to the enterprise plan!
You can use this link to contact the sales team, and take a look at more details of what this plan offers.

Hope this helps!

ops_dirThank you. I don't need multiple users to be able to log in at the same time, I just need 1 account to work without logging in every time. At a minimum there should be a toggle when you log in that says "Remember this device for 60 days" or something, just so you can close the app and re-open it without needing to log back in. It's annoying to have to log in every single time I close the app I built.

SkylarHi there!
That's great feedback. When you log in, there is a 'remember this device' box that you can check, which will help for authentication purposed. However, there is no feature for a large sum of days such as a 60 day remembering period.
Sorry about that! You can always submit feedback through Jotforms official contact form so that this feature can be escalated to the developers.
