    We would like to change our admin user. The new admin user will be Ümit Yangöz, with the email address uyangoz@mediapro.tv

    Regarding changing your admin user, please note that we can update your Jotform account username, but we’ll need at least three username options from you in order of preference. We’ll change it to the first one that’s available. Usernames can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores (_).

    Before we update your username, here’s what you should know:

    • Once updated, your username cannot be changed back.
    • Any active custom URLs with your old username will stop working. You’ll need to share the updated URL with your respondents again. You can copy it from the Publish tab in the Form Builder.

    Once we hear back from you with the username options, we can help update your username.

    Thank you for your response. However, we would like to clarify that we do not want to change the username.

    We want to change the admin user of the account. The current admin will no longer be active, and we would like to assign a new admin user to the account.

    The new admin user will be Ümit Yangöz (uyangoz@mediapro.tv

    ).

    Could you please assist us with transferring the admin ownership or updating the account accordingly?

    Hi Yakup,

    Regarding your request to change the admin user or transfer admin ownership of your Jotform account, please note that Jotform does not support directly changing the account owner or admin user on an existing account.

    However, you can transfer ownership of individual forms to another user by following these steps:

    1. Go to the Data page of your account.
    2. Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page.
    3. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
    4. Select the forms you want to transfer to the new owner.
    5. Click the Transfer Forms button to send the transfer request.

    The new owner will need to accept the transfer request from their account to complete the process.

    Please note the following:

    • You can transfer up to 15 forms per transfer request.
    • You can create up to 20 transfer requests within 60 minutes.
    • When forms are transferred, their settings and styles are also transferred.
    • Jotform will automatically update all custom form URLs to reflect the new owner.
    • It is not possible to transfer forms to or from HIPAA-compliant accounts or across different regions.

    If you want to change the email address associated with the account, you can do so in your account settings under your profile.

    Unfortunately, there is no direct way to change the main admin user of the entire account. If you require further assistance or have multiple forms to transfer, you may consider creating a new account for the new admin user and transferring forms accordingly.

    You can transfer the forms yourself by following the transfer ownership process in your account as previously described.
