Error message when users are submitting payment on our form

Please see the attached screenshot,

Users are getting this message when they attempt to add credit card info at the bottom of our form to donate. Submissions are going through fine when they don't opt to donate. Please let us know if this is an issue with our account settings or an issue on jotforms end. thanks

I’ll need to take a closer look at the specific form to see what’s causing that credit card error. Please share the form URL (or direct link you give to donors), and I’ll check what’s going on with the payment/donation section for you.
