    Hi Barbara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

To add an edit link in your autoresponder email when you don't see a specific "Edit Link" option under "Fields," you can manually insert a custom edit link by following these steps:

    1. Go to your Form Builder and open the form.
    2. Click on the Settings tab at the top.
    3. Select Emails on the left panel.
    4. Edit your existing autoresponder email by clicking the pencil icon.
    5. In the email content editor, place your cursor where you want the edit link to appear.
    6. Click the link icon in the editor toolbar.
    7. In the Insert Link dialog, enter the URL: https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}. This URL allows users to edit their submission by replacing {id} with the submission ID automatically.
    8. Enter the text you want to display for the link, such as "Edit Submission."
    9. Click OK to insert the link.
    10. Save your email settings by clicking Save at the bottom.

This method adds a custom edit link to your autoresponder email, even if you don't see a dedicated "Edit Link" field option.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Barbara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form's Autoresponder Email, and I can see Form Fields in the Email Content toolbar.

Clicking it will show the same result as you have in your screenshot. All you have to do is scroll down at the bottom of the list to see the Edit Link.

    Hi Barbara,

Can you capture a video of you accessing this list and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox. I'd also like to take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

In the meantime, you can use the Edit link provided by our AI Agent, Podo. Here's the link:

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
