User verification form(KYC): Unable to go all the way to the bottom

    I have attempted several times to input my information for security and the application does not open all the way to the bottom to go through with the application sucessfully.


    Please advise how to proceed

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Can you explain a bit more about the issue? The user verification form is actually split into several pages, do you mean you're unable to navigate to the next page after filling out all the fields on the first page? You can check and try with another browser, and make sure you're filling out all the required fields.

    If you can provide a screen recording of the issue, that'll help us better understand what's going on with the user verification form.
