Can you explain a bit more about that follow-up error you shared, like where the error was actually showing, and from what specific action? I did check your form and I see it's currently integrated to a n8n webhook, so I'm assuming it's related to that.

It was a connection with Claude through the mcp. The authorization was done, but when Claude tried to make a requisition, those were the errors that occurred. Some of the attempts were just to read or edit simple things in the form.
Today I tried again and it worked.
