ffrnjetPlease look at my forms. 1 form, 1 page, filled out 30 times, don't know how to set up return email when signed, each time I fill the form and navigate away from the filled out version I lose the data.
I am so frustrated completing a 1 page document, I want to give up.
Can you walk me through it?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Jim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me walk you through how to set up a return email (Autoresponder Email) so that when someone fills out your form, they receive a confirmation email automatically. This will also help you keep the submitted data safe and avoid losing it when navigating away from the form.
- Open your form in Form Builder. On the top orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
- In the left menu, click on Emails.
- Click on Add Email.
- Select Autoresponder Email. Customize the email content and recipient options as you wish.
This setup will send a confirmation email to the person who filled out your form, helping you keep track of submissions.
If you want to avoid losing data when navigating away from the filled form, make sure to submit the form properly before leaving the page, as Jotform does not save partially filled forms automatically unless you enable the Continue Forms Later feature.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
