We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our automation flows.
When we click “Approve” in the approval step, the next email in the sequence is not being sent. After that, when we reload the page, it appears as if nothing happened, and the system does not reflect that the approval action was completed.
This is affecting the flow of our form process and preventing the automation from continuing as expected.
Could you please help us investigate what might be causing this issue and how we can fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and I ran into the same issue. The good news is, there’s a quick fix. Here’s how:
1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Trash Can icon of the Approval element.
2. In the Confirmation window that shows, click on Confirm.3. Next, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
4. Then, under the Basic tab, click and drag the Approval element back to the Workflow.Check out the screenshots below for the result:
