Global_ConversationsHi!
We're looking for a solution where forms email filed is able to be unique, and if not get a warning or such before being passed on to stripe checkout to complete payment.
The use case is that the email is the key in our set-up and though Jotform can handle duplicate records with email or other system rejects duplicates and therefore we're looking for a solution.
Thanks!
David

Kris Ann JotForm SupportHi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can prevent the same person from filling out your form multiple times based on a Unique Field in just a few simple steps. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Show More Options.
- Now, scroll down to the Unique Field section and select the field you want to use.
Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work: You can use the Unique Field feature with the Email, Short Text Entry, Dropdown, and Number field elements.Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Global_ConversationsThank you Kris!
Is there anyway to modify the text on the warning page?
