Scammer is pretending to be the property owner of a home owned and managed only by Second Avenue. Michael A. Porterfield claiming to be the owner of the property.

We've had multiple people claiming to have been approved and call us but they sent their information and money to the scammer.

541homes4rent is a scammer taking people's money.
