Please follow these steps:
- Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
- On that page, fill out the recovery form with as much detail as possible (current account email, new email you want to use, links to your forms, recent invoice/transaction info if you have a paid plan, etc.).
- Submit the form so our team can verify ownership manually and assist with updating the account email address.
