I'm having some issues with the emailing
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Lucy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me show you how to troubleshoot and manage emailing issues in Jotform:
- Check if your email address is on the bounce list: Sometimes emails don't get delivered because the recipient's email address was added to the bounce list. If that's the case, it needs to be removed to resume receiving emails.
- Set up SMTP as your sender email: To prevent emails from being marked as spam or bounced, you can configure your SMTP settings. This makes notifications send from your own email server instead of Jotform's.
- Use conditional logic for email recipients: If you want to send emails based on form responses, you can set up conditions to change the email recipient accordingly.
If you want, I can guide you step-by-step on any of these solutions or provide more specific help based on your exact issue.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi,
Sorry this doesn't answer my issue at all. I added further information but it doesn't appear to have been passed on. My issue is that when the order form is emailed to myself and the customer the amounts are incorrect. Please see an example below. The Caspyn Dry Gin is £130 per 5L, so where it says £130 it should say £260, similar with the Caspyn Midsummer, it's £3.00 per 5cl so should say £12.00. The total is correct but the above numbers are incorrect and make it very confusing. Can you please tell me how I can amend this

Jason Enterprise SupportHi Lucy,
Currently, when you receive the notification email, only the subtotal is displayed, while the itemized subtotals are not included and are only visible during the user’s selection within the form. Check out the screenshot below:

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
