    Good morning,

    I need to recover the account i have under candice.ford@saddleback.com, but i do not have access to this email anymore and cannot remember the password. I

    You can’t recover that Jotform account on your own if you no longer have access to the email address, but we can help you through our account recovery process.

    • Scroll down and fill out the form on that page with as much detail as you can (including that the old email is candice.ford@saddleback.com and that you no longer have access to it).
    • Submit the form so our team can verify ownership and contact you with next steps.
