Form Language Settings: Language editing page appears blank

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with form 260809053337053.

    When I try to add a language and click Edit for the language settings, the language editing page opens, but it is completely blank.

    I also tried cloning the form and even creating a new form by copying all the fields manually, but I’m experiencing the same problem there as well.

    Could you please look into this and let me know what might be causing it?

    I’ve already tried those steps, including clearing the cache and cookies, using a different browser, and testing in private/incognito mode. I also tried cloning the form and creating a new one by copying all the fields, but the issue still persists.

    The language editing page still opens blank.

    Also, other forms are working normally, so the issue seems to be specific to this form and the copies made from it.

    Could you please investigate this further, as it seems to be a technical issue on the backend?

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Hi,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The issue regarding product description translations has been resolved.

    We recently updated our data structure to support rich text formatting, which caused a temporary conflict with the translation process. This has now been corrected.

    Please take a look and let us know if everything is working as expected on your end.
