    Hi Ulrika,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

If you have created a Jotform with ACH payments using Square and the money was taken from your accounts but you do not see the funds anywhere, here is what you need to know:

Jotform's integration with Square ACH allows you to accept ACH bank transfers securely. To track and manage payments, you should check your Square Dashboard where all transactions processed via Square are recorded. If payments are missing or not showing up in your records, it could be due to several reasons such as incomplete payments or processing delays.

    Here’s how you can proceed:

    1. Log in to your Square Dashboard and check the Payments section to see if the transaction is listed there.
    2. Verify the payment status in your Square account to confirm if the payment was completed or is pending.
    3. Check for any incomplete payments in your Jotform submissions by viewing the Incomplete Payments section in Jotform Tables or Inbox.

If the payment was authorized but not captured, or if there is any issue with the payment processing, you can manage these details directly from your Square account, including subscription management if applicable.

For more detailed assistance on payment issues, you should contact Square support directly since they handle the payment processing and funds transfer. Jotform facilitates the payment integration but does not hold or manage the funds.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
