Tables: Missing historical photos from submissions before January 2026

We reviewed the issue internally and attached a spreadsheet with the affected forms, along with sample evidence screenshots.

At this point, the issue does not appear to be isolated to a single form. We identified multiple affected forms, and the spreadsheet includes a broader list of forms/tables impacted by the same behavior.

As representative examples, we highlighted these cases:

Observation: some images submitted before the turn of the year to 2026 are still visible, but most photos from that earlier period are no longer available.

Observation: photos submitted before the turn of the year to 2026 appear to have been removed, while images from services performed from 2026 onward remain available.

3. RELATORIO Oeste

Observation: photos submitted before the turn of the year to 2026 appear to have been removed, while images from services performed from 2026 onward remain available.

Based on our internal review, the issue seems to affect historical uploaded images, especially those associated with submissions made before January 2026.

We are attaching:

• a spreadsheet containing the affected forms list and sample evidence

• screenshots showing missing images in affected submissions

Please investigate whether:

1. the missing files can be restored,

2. there is any available backup covering submissions up to December 2025, and

3. this issue is related to a broader storage or retention problem affecting historical file uploads.

If needed, we can also provide a follow-up list with specific affected submission IDs.
