Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see on the original ticket that you shared multiple forms. However, when I checked one of the forms, the Delivery Status field, which is hidden, I also tested the form, and that field doesn't show on the live form. Here's a screencast of my test:

I didn't see any conditional logic linked to your delivery fields. If you want to only show the delivery-related fields when the delivery option is selected, we can use Show/Hide Field conditions.

However, your form doesn't have any fields that ask the submitters about their delivery preference. Can you share the URL of the form in question to make sure we're looking at the correct one?
