Urgent – Form Issues Impacted My Business

    Dear Jotform Support Team,

    I hope you are well.

    I purchased your product specifically to use the forms for Mother’s Day orders, including both delivery and collection forms.

    Unfortunately, due to multiple issues with the form setup, I was not able to use it properly during this critical period, which has had a negative impact on my business.

    🔴 Main Issues:

    • Order ID is not showing on the form (only in thank you email)
    • Calculations (products, extras, delivery) are not working correctly
    • Pricing dropdown setup is not functioning as required
    • Delivery and collection logic is not working properly
    • Internal fields are visible to customers when they should be hidden

    ❗ Current Situation

    Mother’s Day has now passed, and I was unable to fully rely on your system when I needed it most.

    However, I would still like to continue using Jotform and keep my subscription, as I believe the platform has strong potential for my business.

    🙏 Request

    I kindly ask for:

    • Urgent support to properly set up and fix my forms
    • Clear step-by-step guidance or direct assistance

    I need this to be resolved so I can confidently use Jotform for future orders, including upcoming busy periods.

    Hi Betty,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your last accessed form is the Mother's Day Flower Delivery Order Form. Since the mother's day has now passed, can you confirm if you're still working on that form? If yes, I can see that you have added the Product List but you also have fields that calculates the product and delivery fee. Note when Sell Products is selected in the Product List, it's not possible to pull an amount from a different field.

    Also, you mentioned 5 issues. Since we only handle one issue per thread, we will need your confirmation if the issue is happening in the mentioned form so we can create separate threads.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
