I want to change my current access email id to new one

Hi Team,

We currently have a account registered with the email id varun@fairfest.in however we no longer have access to this email id but still know the password and need the login email changed to muskan@fairfest.in .

Please let me know if any further details are required for clarification.

Hi Muskan, since you no longer have access to the original email address on the Jotform account, we’ll first need to help you recover the account, then you can change the login email from inside the profile settings.

Please follow these steps:

• Go to this guide and fill out the form on the page: Recover Your Jotform Account.
• Provide as much detail as you can about the account (current login email: varun@fairfest.in, the new email you want to use: muskan@fairfest.in, and any other identifying info requested in the form).
• Once access is restored, log in and then:
  • Click your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right of the Workspace page.
  • Click your name to open the Account Page.
  • Click Edit next to your current email address.
  • Enter muskan@fairfest.in and click Save.

If you’d like, you can also tell me your Jotform username (but not your password), and I can suggest exactly what to enter in the recovery form to speed things up.
