Unsubscribe and delete data

I would like to unsubscribe not get no more emails and delete all of my data.

I can help with both stopping emails and deleting your Jotform data.

To unsubscribe from Jotform newsletters and promotional emails:

• Go to your Jotform Workspace and click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right.
• Click Settings.
• In the Subscriptions section, uncheck all items you don’t want to receive (Monthly Newsletter, Educational Emails, Jotform Promotions, Inspirational Articles), or disable Turn off all Jotform emails if you see that option.

If you also want to permanently delete your Jotform account and all of your data:

• Go to your My Workspace page and click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right.
• Click Settings to open your Account Settings.
• Look for the option to Delete My Account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

If you only meant canceling a paid Jotform subscription (but keeping the account):

• Go to Billing in your Account Settings.
• Click Change Plan.
• Select the Starter (Free) plan and follow the prompts.
