Course Platform: Site Crashed After Payment and Progress Lost

    Hello,



    After I registered and received the confirmnatio email, I started the course. About a quarter in in

    it froze & when it refreshed, it showed a blank page.



    How do I start from where I left off without having to pay again ?

    Hi Savana,

    It seems that you're filling out a form created in Jotform. Jotform helps owners to create forms, but we're not in control of the submissions they're collecting. I suggest contacting the owner of the form to check if your submission went through since you mentioned you already processed the payment.

    To answer your question, if you didn't save the form before crashing, the progress is gone. You'll have to provide or answer the form again from the start.
