We have a form that we are using for show registration that has a link to PayPal to pay fees. This form is intermittently not working with PayPal. We have had issues with both Android and iOS phones, but only phones. People who have trouble on their phones can then go on a desktop computer with no issues. It doesn't happen to everyone, it is very hit and miss and we have not been able to determine what is causing this issue. The form will show a total and when registrants click the button to go to PayPal, it either will display nothing due or it won't connect at all. We really don't want to recreate the form because it was so time consuming to set up. Please help.

To start, could you please share the form’s direct link or the URL where the form is embedded so I can check the PayPal integration and settings on that specific form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form and noticed that it's using Venmo payment integration. When I cloned your form and proceeded with payment, there were three payment methods to choose from. Which of the payment methods shows the issue? You can refer to the screenshots below:
If Venmo, are the users running into an issue? Do they have the Venmo App on their mobile devices? If you can share a screenshot of the error, that would be helpful. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
