Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding your request to change the colors of dropdown and checkbox answers in the Jotform Inbox, currently, Jotform Inbox allows you to customize several display settings, such as question alignment, line spacing, and which fields to show or hide. But, there is no direct option to change the colors of dropdown or checkbox answers within the Inbox view itself.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
