To submit your report to Jotform support and allow them to investigate your missing form and submissions, you will need to grant Jotform Support access to your account. This access allows the support team to review your account data securely during troubleshooting. Let me show you how:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. On the left panel, select the Security tab.
4. If prompted, click Send Verification Code and enter the code sent to your email.
5. At the bottom of the Security page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After you enable support access, include your username (Education_RMQM) and the form name "Trunk Show Booking form" in your report. This will help the support team locate and investigate the issue.
