I am building a form, I want users to be able to jump ahead ot different sections in case they are stuck on a field that is required. I don't want them to be able to submit without filling it out, but they should be able to hit next to move on. How can I accomplish this?

Also, is there any way to add a view or a progress bar to a multiple-page form?

    Hi CurbWaste,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can unrequire those fields but add conditional logic to hide the Submit button if those fields are empty to allow the user to navigate your form but prevent them from submitting it if the required fields are empty. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's unrequire your required fields:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your required field.
    2. Then, toggle off the switch of the Required section on the right side of the page.

Now, let's add a conditional logic on your form:

    1. First, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Then, click on Conditions on the left side of the page.
    3. After that, click on Add Condition on the upper part of the page.

    4. Now, click on Show/Hide Field in the list.

    5. Copy the condition settings pattern below, and click on Save on the lower part of the page.

Make sure to add all the required fields on the condition to prevent user from clicking on the Submit button if one of those required fields is hidden.

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.
