GreenwaldRandallI'm using the paypal payment element in a form and I use an api to then import the data into a Filemaker database. I'd like to import the Paypal Fee as well. Is that possible?
Thanks

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Randall,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your question about importing the PayPal Fee via API from the PayPal payment element in your form, Jotform's current PayPal integration does not provide a direct field or data point for the PayPal Fee in the form submission or API response. The payment element typically captures the total payment amount but does not separately report the PayPal transaction fee.
If you need to track the PayPal Fee, you would generally have to calculate it externally based on the transaction details or retrieve it from your PayPal account reports directly, as this fee information is not included in the form submission data accessible via Jotform's API.
Let us know if you need help with alternative ways to handle this or any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

BrandonHi Randall,
It looks like that direct functionality isn't available in Jotform at the moment. That said, you can submit that feature request to Jotform for the dev team to take a look. You can find the "Give Feedback" button in Tables.
