Hi! Our hubspot integration is failing and I am wondering why. Is this because the language used on our application has to match the language in HubSpot? Screenshots are below. Hi Member,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding your HubSpot integration issue, the language used on your application does not need to match the language in HubSpot for the integration to work. The integration primarily depends on correctly matching fields and allowed options between your form and HubSpot CRM.

From the screenshots you shared, the integration failures are due to certain submitted values not being among the allowed options defined in HubSpot. For example, errors like "Full-time Faculty was not one of the allowed options" and "Student was not one of the allowed options" indicate that the data submitted from your form contains values that HubSpot does not recognize or accept.

To resolve these issues, ensure that the options in your form fields exactly match the allowed values configured in HubSpot for those fields. This alignment will prevent the integration from failing due to invalid option selections.

If you need help with how to adjust these options or field mappings in the integration settings, I can guide you through that.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Member_Experience,

The integration is failing because the submission data coming from your form doesn’t match the exact options set up in your HubSpot property. In your case, the accepted options are Alumni, Graduate Student, Harvard College Faculty, Harvard College Parent, Faculty, Fellow, Resident, Legacy, Commonwealth, Other / WOM, Ineligible only.

If your form is sending anything even slightly different like different spelling, spacing, or wording, HubSpot will reject it. To fix this, you’ll need to update the options in your form so they exactly match the values configured in HubSpot. Once both sides use the same exact options, the integration should work as expected.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
