You can transfer ownership of forms to another account in Jotform by following these steps:
- Go to the Data page of your account.
- Click the Transfer Forms button at the bottom of the page to start the transfer process.
- Enter the verification code sent to your account's registered email address.
- Search for and select the forms you want to transfer.
- Click the Transfer Forms button to initiate the transfer.
The new owner (in this case, the account "MuhlJotform") will need to accept the transfer request to complete the process.
You can view all pending transfers in the same section of your account.
Notes:
- A single transfer request can include up to 15 forms.
- You can create up to 20 form transfer requests within 60 minutes.
- When you transfer a form, its settings and styles are also transferred.
If you or the new owner need to accept the transfer, they can do so by going to the Account Data page, viewing pending transfers, and confirming the acceptance with a verification code sent to their email.
