When the customer see a product to order, it is prepopulated with a qty of 1.

They then have to check the box to the left and i think that it selects one when checking the box bc it says one but you have to click on the one and select it or another number again.

This is confusing for my customers.

    Please help or call 864-76-0960.

    Thanks,

    Hi Carla,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can configure your Product List field to handle quantities and selections more clearly for your customers. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Wand icon (or Shopping Cart icon if no payment gateway is set).
    2. Hover over the product and click the Pencil icon.
    3. Under the Options tab, hover over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
    4. Toggle on Special Pricing Per Quantity, enter the special prices for each quantity, and click Save Quantity. This helps set clear quantity options for your customers.

This setup allows your customers to select quantities more intuitively without confusion about the checkbox and quantity selection.

    Hi Carla,

If you don't see the wand icon when you click on the Product List field, it might be because your Product List is not connected to a payment gateway. In this case, the icon will appear as a Shopping Cart icon instead of a wand.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Click on your Product List field in Form Builder.
    2. Look for the Shopping Cart icon on the right side menu and click it.
    3. Hover over the product and click the Pencil icon to edit the product.
    4. Under the Options tab, hover over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
    5. Toggle on Special Pricing Per Quantity, enter the prices for each quantity, and click Save Quantity.

This will help make quantity selection clearer for your customers.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
