    We recently switched from a paid plan to a free plan, and now cannot access any of our previously saved data or reports. How may we access it? Thank you.

    When an account is downgraded from a paid plan to the Free (Starter) plan, it must follow the Free plan’s limits; if your total submissions exceed those limits, access to older submissions and related reports is restricted until you either reduce stored data or upgrade.

    To understand your options and regain access, you can do the following:

    • If you still have access to some submissions:

      • Use the guide here to export all available submission data: Download submissions.
      • If your forms include uploaded files (attachments), download those as well using this guide: Download files.
    • If you’ve already been downgraded and can’t access older data because you’re over the Free limits, you have two main choices:

      • Upgrade to a higher plan or Storage Plan so your existing submissions become accessible again.
        • To upgrade:
          • Go to your Workspace page and click your avatar at the top-right.
          • Click Settings.
          • Open the Billing tab.
          • Click Change Plan.
          • Choose a paid plan (for example, Storage Plan) and follow the prompts to upgrade.

      • Or, if you prefer to stay on Free, you’d need to permanently delete submissions until you’re under the Free limits, but that will not restore access to already-hidden data that’s over the limit.

    So I can guide you more precisely, could you tell me: (1) roughly how many total submissions you have, and (2) whether you can still see any submissions at all in your Tables or just none?
