Workflows: How to include past form responses in email and Google Drive integration

    I have set up a workflow to both email form responses and add form reponses to a google drive folder. However, I cannot find a way to include the forms completed previous to setting up the workflows. Is there a way to have it also send the retrograde data?

    Hi Linnet,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform workflows apply only to form responses submitted after the workflow is set up. Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to have the workflow automatically process or send notifications for responses that were submitted before the workflow was created.

    But you can manually start the workflow for those submissions that were submitted before the workflow creation. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Inbox page, in the menu on the left, select the submission that was submitted before the workflow creation.
    2. Scroll down to the bottom part of the submission data to click the Start Flow button.
