Request to Delete a Form Created for a Company

Former colleague Jasmine Köpfle prepared a form "Revisionsklappen". The form is not any more used and I would like to delete it. Will you do that for us or could you give me access to our account?

Thanks for using Jotform. Keep in mind that only the form owner has the ability to delete the form from their account. If you do not have access to the account that owns the form, you will need to contact the form owner to remove it. Otherwise, you can gain access to the account by submitting the form on the How to Recover Your Jotform Account page, and our team will look into it.
