Hello! How can we add another administrative user to the account and how much would that cost? This would be someone else to login and download data and see the forms, but not create forms or do any billing, etc.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our standard plans Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold only support a single login credential per account. This means you cannot add another user to log in with separate credentials under these plans. Sharing login credentials is against our Terms of Use and not recommended for security reasons.
If you need multiple users with different roles and permissions, like someone who can log in, view forms, and download data but not create forms or handle billing, you would need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. With Enterprise, you can add multiple users and assign roles like Admin, User, or Data Only User, so you can control exactly what each person can access and do in your account.
Regarding cost, pricing for Enterprise plans is available on our Jotform Enterprise page, and you can reach out to our sales team for a quote tailored to your team here.
Alternatively, if upgrading is not an option, you can use our Form Collaboration feature to allow multiple team members to work on the same form simultaneously or share submission data via Jotform Tables collaboration. These options do not require additional user accounts but provide some level of shared access.
