AdminVPTCan you open a saved form in a internet browser?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Admin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Yes, you can open a saved form in an internet browser. Jotform allows you to create and publish forms online, which can then be accessed and filled out through any internet browser. Once your form is saved and published, you can share the form's URL, and anyone with that link can open it in their browser to view or submit responses.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

AdminVPTCan you open a save and continue later and edit in an internet browser?
-
Sheena JotForm SupportHi AdminVPT,
Yes, once a user saves a form using the Save and Continue Later feature, they receive a draft link. This link allows them to open the saved form directly in an internet browser and continue filling it out at their convenience.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

AdminVPTDoes this feature also show up when using the Jotform Mobile App?

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi AdminVPT,
Yes, but this would require you adding the form fillers as assignees to your form. So they can fill out the form shared to them via Jotform Mobile App, where they can also save their progress and complete it at a later date. Let me show you how they can access their saved drafts in Jotform Mobile App.
1. In your Workspace, in Jotform Mobile App, tap on the More button located at the bottom-right corner.
2. Next, tap on the Assigned to me button
3. In the Assigned to me section, tap the assigned form you want to view the saved drafts.
4. Then, tap on Submissions button to open the submissions.
5. After that, tap the submission with Draft tag, indicating it's a saved submission.
6. Finally, click on Continue Filling button to start completing your progress.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

AdminVPTYes, I already assigned the form and they saved a draft for continue later and we are asking if they can access that saved form through laptop web browser?
-
Chris_L JotForm SupportHi AdminVPT,
When the draft submission is made via Jotform app, there's no option to grab the draft submission link so it's not possible to access the draft entry on a web browser.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
