Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on the screenshot that you shared, the Save button seems to have been clicked after clicking on the Submit button. As the form is in the process of submitting it, the error shown on the Save and Continue Later button is expected.

If you or your form filler is still experiencing the issue, try making another submission, and avoid clicking the Save button after clicking on the Submit button.
